Office hours are 9 - 5pm EST,  Monday to Friday.

Payment

We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard. All prices are shown in Canadian dollars and you will be charged in Canadian dollars. We will not charge your card until order is ready to be shipped.

Shipping and Handling

We ship worldwide via Canada Post. Most products are shipped out within 2 business days. Shipping and handling fees vary according to your location and speed of delivery. Please contact us to get an estimate. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy

Yarn that is in new and  unused condition (must not be without label, or unwound) may be returned for exchange of refund within 30 days of its invoice date. Shipping costs incurred are responsibility of customer. Other products are final sale.
